RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At The Original Bungee Company, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must include original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number is required
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are opened, used, or returned without original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
• Custom-made or cut-to-size products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
