HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), please contact us for return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be refunded upon inspection for approved claims due to our error. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

How to Use
- Select your size and pack — choose the strap length that matches your tarp or cargo width, and the pack size that fits your needs.
- Inspect before use — check each strap for cracks, tears, or weakened rubber. Do not use damaged straps.
- Hook one end — attach one S-hook to a secure anchor point on your trailer, truck bed, or frame rail.
- Stretch and hook the other end — pull the strap across your tarp or cargo and hook the other S-hook to the opposite anchor point. The strap should be taut but not over-stretched.
- Check tension — give the tarp or load a firm press to confirm it’s secure. Re-hook if needed.
- After use — remove straps, inspect for wear, and store away from direct sunlight and heat to extend lifespan.
Do not exceed the strap’s stretch capacity. Inspect regularly and replace if rubber shows cracking or loss of elasticity.

- Inspect the cord, crimps, and hooks before every use. Replace any assembly showing wear, cuts, corrosion, bending, or cracking.
- Rinse after exposure to saltwater, rain, or harsh environments, then dry completely before storage.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight, chemicals, and sharp edges.
- Do not use bungee assemblies for lifting, towing, climbing, or securing people.
- Keep your face and body out of the cord’s recoil path while attaching or releasing it.
