Shipping within the USA
Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days
Shipment cost: Calculated at checkout or based on the selected shipping option.
Shipping to Canada
Estimated delivery time: 6–15 business days
Shipment cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Original Bungee Company is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other fees applied to international orders.
For Canada and all international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Damages
The Original Bungee Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
