The Original Bungee Company® stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers verified defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product when it is used normally, correctly, and within its stated specifications.

What is covered

A verified defect in materials or workmanship attributable to manufacturing.

What is not covered

Normal wear, aging, or cosmetic changes
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions and warnings
Overloading, overstretching, shock loading, or use beyond stated ratings
Cuts, abrasion, edge damage, heat, chemicals, UV or weather exposure
Improper product selection, installation, inspection, maintenance, or storage
Accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or damage occurring after delivery

Registration is recommended within 14 days of purchase for faster service. Registration does not replace proof of purchase.

How to request service

Email sales@bungeeco.com or call 1-800-286-4331. Please provide proof of purchase, product details, and clear photos. We may request that the product be returned for inspection.

Warranty remedy and conditions

If a claim is approved, The Original Bungee Company® may, at its option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide a refund or store credit. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty does not guarantee a product’s service life or suitability for every application. The user is responsible for proper product selection, inspection, observing ratings and warnings, and safe use. Wrong-item shipments and transit damage are handled separately as order or delivery issues.

Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
