ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue
- You received the wrong item (incorrect size, model, or product)
- The item does not match what was described on our website.
NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the item
- The item does not match your personal preference or intended use
- You ordered the wrong size or product by mistake
- The item has been used, modified, or is not in its original condition
- Custom-made or cut-to-size products
- Clearance or final sale items
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond promptly with next steps.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), please contact us for return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be refunded upon inspection for approved claims due to our error. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

Commercial-grade polypropylene bungee cord with a braided Fibertex cover and elastic rubber core. Choose the diameter, color, and total length needed for cargo securement, tarps, covers, marine gear, camping equipment, organization, repairs, and custom bungee assemblies.
Available Colors, Diameters and Lengths
- Black and Multicolor: Available in 3mm (1/8"), 4mm (5/32"), 5mm (3/16"), 6mm (1/4"), 8mm (5/16"), 9mm (3/8"), 10mm (13/32"), and 12mm (1/2").
- Blue, Red, and Green: Available only in 6mm (1/4"). Choose 25 ft, 50 ft, 75 ft, or 100 ft cut lengths, or a 500 ft spool.
- Cut lengths: All available diameters include 25 ft, 50 ft, 75 ft, and 100 ft cut-length options.
- 500 ft spools: Available for Black and Multicolor in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm. Also available in Blue, Red, and Green for 6mm only.
- 300 ft spools: Available for Black and Multicolor in 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and 12mm only.
Construction and Uses
- Durable outer cover: Braided polypropylene helps protect the elastic core during regular commercial, outdoor, and general-purpose use.
- Elastic core: Rubber strands provide dependable stretch and recovery.
- Hook compatible: Suitable for use with properly sized plastic-coated steel, dichromated steel, or stainless-steel bungee hooks. Hooks are not included.
- Common applications: Cargo, truck and trailer equipment, tarps, marine gear, camping, bundling, storage, repairs, and custom cord assemblies.
Ordering Information
This product is sold by the selected cut length or complete spool—not by the foot. The displayed price is the total price for the selected variant. The 25 ft, 50 ft, 75 ft, and 100 ft selections are supplied as cut coils. Only options specifically labeled “300 ft Spool” or “500 ft Spool” are full-spool selections.
Multicolor Cord Notice
Multicolor cord is supplied in assorted colors and patterns based on current inventory. Photos are examples, and the exact color combination may vary. Specific Multicolor pattern requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed before ordering. Black, Blue, Red, and Green variants are shipped in the selected solid color.
Safety notice: Not intended for lifting, climbing, fall protection, or life-safety applications. Select the correct diameter, hardware, and working stretch for the intended use.

- Inspect the cord, crimps, and hooks before every use. Replace any assembly showing wear, cuts, corrosion, bending, or cracking.
- Rinse after exposure to saltwater, rain, or harsh environments, then dry completely before storage.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight, chemicals, and sharp edges.
- Do not use bungee assemblies for lifting, towing, climbing, or securing people.
- Keep your face and body out of the cord’s recoil path while attaching or releasing it.
