- Custom-made or cut-to-size products
- Clearance or final sale items
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with the following:

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
