Never exceed the working load limit of the shackle or the lowest-rated component in the recovery system, including the vehicle, hitch receiver, strap, rope, or connecting hardware. The stated breaking strength is not a working load limit. Inspect all components before each use and discontinue use if bent, cracked, worn, corroded, or otherwise damaged. Keep people clear of the recovery path. Not intended for lifting, overhead use, climbing, or personal restraint. Recovery strap is not included.

- Do not use bungee assemblies for lifting, towing, climbing, or securing people.
- Keep your face and body out of the cord’s recoil path while attaching or releasing it.
