We accept returns only in the following cases:

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the item
- The item does not match your personal preference or intended use
- You ordered the wrong size or product by mistake
- The item has been used, modified, or is not in its original condition
- Custom-made or cut-to-size products
- Clearance or final sale items
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond promptly with next steps.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), please contact us for return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be refunded upon inspection for approved claims due to our error. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

Heavy-Duty Replacement Bungee Cord Hooks
Build custom bungee assemblies or replace worn hardware with steel hooks sized for common bungee cord diameters. Choose gold dichromate, black PVC-coated, or grey stainless steel hooks in bulk 25- and 50-packs for commercial, fleet, workshop, and maintenance use.
Hooks only: Bungee cord and metal crimps are not included.
Choose Your Finish
- Gold Dichromate Steel: A corrosion-resistant finish for general industrial, construction, farming, and outdoor tie-down applications.
- Black PVC-Coated Steel: A protective coating that helps reduce scratching on vehicles, racks, cargo, and anchor points.
- Grey Stainless Steel: Corrosion-resistant steel for wet, outdoor, coastal, and marine applications.
Available Cord Diameters
- Gold Dichromate: 4mm (5/32"), 5mm (3/16"), 6mm (1/4"), 8mm (5/16"), 10mm (13/32"), and 12mm (1/2").
- Black PVC-Coated Steel: 5mm (3/16"), 6mm (1/4"), 8mm (5/16"), 9mm (3/8"), 10mm (13/32"), and 12mm (1/2").
- Grey Stainless Steel: 5mm (3/16"), 6mm (1/4"), 8mm (5/16"), 10mm (13/32"), and 12mm (1/2").
Sizes refer to the nominal bungee cord diameter. Hook dimensions and openings vary by size. The product gallery includes A and B dimension diagrams for the 9mm (3/8") black PVC-coated hook.

Important Safety Information
Inspect the hook and cord before every use. Do not use for lifting, climbing, towing, or supporting people. Wear eye protection and keep clear of the recoil path when tensioning a bungee cord.

- Rinse after exposure to saltwater, rain, or harsh environments, then dry completely before storage.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight, chemicals, and sharp edges.
- Do not use bungee assemblies for lifting, towing, climbing, or securing people.
- Keep your face and body out of the cord’s recoil path while attaching or releasing it.
