HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), please contact us for return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be refunded upon inspection for approved claims due to our error. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

Common Uses
Truck-bed cargo nets, utility trailer nets, landscaping and agricultural netting, marine equipment, replacement spider-net hooks, and custom bungee net assemblies.
Hooks only. Cord and netting are not included. Inspect hooks and cord before use and keep clear of the recoil path.

- Rinse after exposure to saltwater, rain, or harsh environments, then dry completely before storage.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight, chemicals, and sharp edges.
- Do not use bungee assemblies for lifting, towing, climbing, or securing people.
- Keep your face and body out of the cord’s recoil path while attaching or releasing it.
